Job Title: Digital Platforms Specialist
We are seeking a Digital Platforms Specialist with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience. Reporting to the Director of Digital Media, the chosen individual will be responsible for the setup, purchase, and optimization of digital campaigns. The assignments will encompass SEM (Google Ads, Bing), social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest), and programmatic Display with proficiency in various DSPs (Beeswax, StackAdapt, Amazon Ads). An advanced knowledge of data analysis platforms such as Google Analytics and DataStudio is also a significant asset.
• Launch and optimize digital media campaigns across a wide range of platforms (Google Ads, Bing, Facebook Business Manager, TikTok, Pinterest, Beeswax, StackAdapt, Amazon Ads).
• Continuously analyze various performance indicators using Google Analytics and DataStudio.
• Provide ongoing detailed recommendations to ensure maximum campaign performance.
• Collaborate with the media planning team to construct performance reports.
• Identify new industry opportunities, propose, test, and incorporate them into the media mix.
• Collaborate with the planning team to develop and enhance digital strategies: recommend placements, formats, platforms, and audiences that align with client brief objectives.
• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a media agency or digital agency.
• University degree in a relevant discipline and/or equivalent experience.
• Experience in E-Commerce campaigns is a significant asset.
• Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Google Analytics certifications are a plus.
• Strong proficiency in both French and English, both spoken and written.
• High attention to detail and professionalism.
• Curious and analytical mindset, focused on results and strategic thinking.
• Strong organizational skills, prioritization, and rigorous campaign tracking.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
• Demonstrates strong teamwork and collaboration with all Espace M employees.
• Exercises judgment and has a commitment to quality work.
• Good knowledge of the digital advertising industry.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, primarily Excel.

Although the agency is based in Montreal, it is not mandatory to work from Montreal as telecommuting is an option at Espace M. We also allow up to 3 months of telecommuting outside of Quebec annually.
