Position: Senior Specialist, Digital Platforms

Reporting to the Director of Digital Practices, the Senior Specialist, Digital Platforms will play a key role in advancing and ensuring excellence in digital advertising practices. With extensive experience and recognized expertise, this person will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, purchasing, and optimization of advanced digital campaigns. This role includes expert management on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing, social networks (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest), and programmatic, using various DSPs (Beeswax, StackAdapt, Amazon Ads). A deep mastery of data analytics platforms like Google Analytics and Looker Studio is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and optimize digital media campaigns across a wide range of platforms, aiming for innovative strategies and maximum performance.
  • Manage deliverable deadlines, project tracking, and communication with all stakeholders.
  • Actively contribute to the success of clients’ campaign objectives and handle challenges under pressure.
  • Thoroughly analyze performance metrics via Google Analytics and Looker Studio, offering strategic insights for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and present strategic recommendations to optimize campaign performance.
  • Work closely with the media planning team in creating detailed and informative performance reports.
  • Demonstrate leadership on assigned projects.
  • Identify and integrate new opportunities into the digital media mix, staying at the forefront of industry trends.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of digital strategies and plans, advising on placements, formats, platforms, and audiences.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Digital Practices to optimize team processes, facilitate work organization and task planning, and help achieve campaign objectives within deadlines.
  • Ensure smooth project execution by actively participating in their supervision, team documentation, and seamless communication within the team.
  • Facilitate the onboarding and training of new employees by helping them integrate smoothly into the team, sharing best practices on agency processes, and guiding them through their integration.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in a media agency or digital agency with increasing responsibilities.
  • University degree in a relevant field and/or significant experience.
  • Advanced experience in E-Commerce campaigns.
  • Experience with project management tools.
  • Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Google Analytics certifications are highly recommended.
  • Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written.

The agency is based in Montreal, but it is not necessary to work from Montreal as remote work is an option at Espace M. We also allow up to 3 months of remote work outside Quebec per year.
