🥈 Silver: Best Use of Sponsorship for DuProprio

DuProprio, the only structured option for brokerage without an agent, stands out with its mission to convince future sellers that selling on their own is the best option. Despite the brand’s very high recognition, many consumers still fear lacking support in the process of selling their property. Our goal was to provide clear information to dispel any possible apprehensions.

We designed a multichannel strategy integrating a video campaign, display ads, and digital content. We proposed the production and broadcasting of a 13-episode season featuring independent sellers (in partnership with Zone 3 and Bell Media), as well as a web series of five video capsules with Jonathan Roberge aired on Québecor‘s network. The content was also promoted on Urbania with videos, articles, and social media posts.

This campaign reached over one million people, including 820,000 property owners, and generated a substantial increase in visits to the DuProprio website.

As part of our collaboration with DuProprio, we also won an award for our outstanding content strategy. We implemented an integrated campaign similar to the sponsorship one, aimed at dispelling myths about autonomous property sales and providing in-depth information about the services offered by DuProprio. This approach helped strengthen consumer confidence and significantly increased consideration for the services offered.

 

🥉Bronze: Best Campaign Under 250K for Biron

With an increase in sexually transmitted and blood-borne infections (STBBIs), Biron innovated by launching a screening service accessible without a medical prescription. To address this delicate subject, we broadcast the message in open and taboo-free environments, integrating advertisements into popular podcasts and dating platforms. On Urbania, young people spoke out to emphasize the importance of regular screening. Biron also sponsored the show “Au-delà du Sexe” on Télé-Québec, exploring sexuality from all angles.

This campaign generated nearly 2 million impressions on social media and doubled the number of monthly screening appointments between April 2023 and November 2024.
