Position: Senior 360 Media Planner
The Senior Media Planner will play a crucial role within Espace M. Reporting directly to the Director of Digital Strategy and the Director of Media Strategy, this professional will be responsible for supporting several agency clients by developing and presenting effective media plans. The candidate must have an in-depth understanding of key media strategies and tactics to ensure the success of campaigns aligned with client objectives (awareness, consideration, conversion).
The position requires the ability to coordinate various stages of planning and campaign management with multiple internal and external stakeholders. The Senior Media Planner will work closely with digital specialists and the buying team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, write, and present customized media strategies and plans based on the specific goals of each project and client.
- Ensure recommended strategies are based on a comprehensive understanding of each client’s business environment and industry.
- Build strong relationships with clients and act as the daily point of contact.
- Define clear and measurable performance indicators to ensure the proper execution of solutions for clients.
- Stay up-to-date on new media trends and innovations and implement solutions tailored to client needs.
- Oversee the deployment and optimization of digital campaigns, while following up with clients and other stakeholders.
- Provide billing information to the responsible team.
- Participate in drafting campaign reports and post-mortem analyses.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a media agency or advertising agency’s media department.
- Advanced experience in media strategy and client relations.
- University degree in business administration, marketing, advertising, or e-commerce.
- Skills in web analytics and reporting.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written.
- Experience with various digital campaign platforms is an asset.

While the agency is based in Montreal, working from Montreal is not mandatory as remote work is possible at Espace M. We also allow up to 3 months of remote work outside Quebec annually.
