Digital Platforms Specialist

Reporting to the Director, Digital Media Practices, the successful candidate will be responsible for the setup, media buying, and optimization of digital campaigns. Mandates will include SEM (Google Ads, Bing), Social Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest), and Programmatic Display/Video, requiring proficiency in various DSPs (DV360, StackAdapt, Amazon Ads). Advanced knowledge of data analysis platforms like Google Analytics and Looker Studio (DataStudio) is also a major asset.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Deploy and optimize digital media campaigns across a wide range of platforms (Google Ads, Bing, Facebook Business Manager, TikTok, Pinterest, Beeswax, StackAdapt, Amazon Ads).
  • Performance Analysis: Ensure continuous monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) via Google Analytics and Looker Studio.
  • Optimization: Provide in-depth, ongoing recommendations to ensure maximum campaign performance.
  • Reporting: Collaborate with the media planning team to build comprehensive performance reports.
  • Innovation: Detect new industry opportunities, propose them, test them, and integrate them into the media mix.
  • Strategy: Work with the planning team to develop and enhance digital strategies: recommend placements, formats, platforms, and audiences that align with client brief objectives.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a media or digital agency.
  • University degree in a relevant field and/or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience with E-commerce campaigns is a major asset.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Google Analytics are considered an asset.
  • Professional fluency in both French and English (oral and written).

  • Solid knowledge of the digital advertising industry.

The agency is based in Montreal, however, working from Montreal is not necessary as remote work is a possibility at Espace M. We also allow up to 3 months of remote work outside of Quebec per year.
