Position: Coordinator, Digital Platforms

Reporting to the Director, Digital Media Practices, the selected candidate will assist Digital Platform Specialists in setting up, purchasing, and optimizing digital campaigns. Assignments will include SEM (Google Ads, Bing), social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest), and programmatic Display through various DSPs (Beeswax, StackAdapt, Amazon Ads). Familiarity with data analysis platforms such as Google Analytics and Data Studio is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with or manage the launch of Display, AdWords, or social media campaigns for multiple agency clients.
  • Monitor and optimize digital campaigns.
  • Create briefs for external partners for specific launches.
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of various performance indicators (web metrics and other KPIs).
  • Maximize campaign performance, provide recommendations, and implement strategic optimizations to improve success rates and ensure delivery.
  • Contribute to the production of relevant reports on advertising campaign performance.
  • Collaborate closely with Digital Platform Specialists.
  • Actively participate in project meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year of experience in a media or digital agency.
  • University degree in a relevant field and/or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with E-Commerce campaigns is an asset.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Google Analytics are a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written.

  • Shows good judgment and attention to detail.
  • Solid knowledge of the digital advertising industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

The agency is based in Montreal, however, working from Montreal is not necessary as remote work is a possibility at Espace M. We also allow up to 3 months of remote work outside of Quebec per year.
