Job Title: Media Planner
The Media Planner who will be assigned to active agency accounts. Reporting to the Director of Digital Strategy, this person will be responsible for media planning for their clients and coordination with various internal and external stakeholders. The individual will work closely with the digital team and other specialists in traditional media.
Responsibilities:
• Develop, write, and present media plans tailored to the specific goals of each assignment based on client objectives.
• Act as the client’s daily point of contact.
• Supervise the deployment and optimization of digital campaigns while keeping clients and other stakeholders informed.
• Define clear and measurable performance indicators to ensure the successful implementation of proposed solutions to clients.
• Stay up-to-date with new media trends and implement solutions tailored to client needs.
• Provide billing information to the responsible team.
• Prepare post-mortem campaign reports.
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a media agency (or in an advertising agency in the media department).
• Client relationship experience.
• University degree in administration, marketing, advertising, or e-commerce.
• Skills in web analytics and reporting.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent command of both French and English, both oral and written.
• Experience in launching digital campaigns on various platforms: ad server, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc. (an asset).

Although the agency is based in Montreal, it is not mandatory to work from Montreal as telecommuting is an option at Espace M. We also allow up to 3 months of telecommuting outside of Quebec annually.
